Privacy notice

Your saved analytics choice records the version, your analytics choice and when you made it. It expires after 180 days. localStorage is storage in your browser, not a cookie.

After you accept, Amplitude receives page categories, selected actions, outcome or timing, and website speed measurements grouped by broad screen size. It does not receive form contents, shipment details, tracking references, email addresses or URL queries.

A random analytics ID is held only in the current browser tab. It is not saved for later visits and is cleared if you withdraw consent. Changing your choice stops future analytics; it does not automatically delete information already received. For a privacy request, contact customer.service@efl.africa.

Contact and quote forms use the details you enter to respond to your request and send them through the configured mail service. If operational notifications are enabled, a contact name, company and email can also be sent to Slack after the mail service accepts the request.

The Book a Truck form uses the route, load, schedule and contact details you enter to prepare a haulage request. Location search and road routing use the configured mapping provider. Map tiles load from the configured map-tile provider when you use the map.

Shipment tracking is handled by the site server. The public result excludes consignee and notify-party names from terminal data.
